  • Executive Forum, with James Cash. Our Leadership Development Programs are designed to for leaders preparing for more senior positions. Each is based on a proprietary competency model and begins with an assessment and a personalized curriculum for each participant.


Leadership Development Concours. An ongoing professional development program for the senior management team at major corporations. Through a series of multi-company conferences, world-class authorities and thought leaders deliver breakthrough insights on new business strategies and management processes. Many corporations utilize the program as a planned and disciplined way to have their executives step away from the pressures of day-to-day activities and think strategically.

For senior members of the IT Leadership Team:

  • Leadership Development Program. Directed by Dr. James I. Cash, Jr. and Dr. Keri E. Pearlson, the program focuses on the specific skills, attributes and values required to be a successful IT leader. This intensive, modular, and individualized educational experience includes access to high-quality, online, management development and performance support material from Harvard Business School Publishing. The 2008 class will be limited to 50 participants, so be sure to register early.

For senior members of the HR Leadership Team:
  • HR Leadership Development Program. Directed by Tamara Erickson, in partnership with Dr. Lynda Gratton, the HR LDP is specifically designed for senior HR leaders who not only want to transform themselves, but also transform the HR function itself. This six-month development program has a number of unique features, including: a personal competency assessment, one-one-one coaching sessions, three group workshops focused on the skills required for next generation HR leadership, monthly group teleconferences, access to world-class instructors, and the ability to build a network of peers from other premier corporations. The 2008 class will be limited to 40 participants and begins in August with a competency assessment, so be sure to register early.

For executives in Relationship Manager roles:
  • Relationship Manager Professional Development Program. This highly-popular program recognizes that a successful Relationship Manager is much more than an 'order taker' of requests coming from the business. People who excel in this role are 'demand shapers' and can work with their business partners to shape and mold the demand for services. This program is designed for teams of 3-7 individuals who have business facing roles in your organization: Relationship Managers, Program Managers, Account Managers, and Client Liaisons. It begins with an assessment designed to ensure the content aligns with each participant's needs. Components of the program include strategic partnering, portfolio management, change management, business IQ, process thinking, and effective communication. Managers who complete this program will walk away with an educational experience tailored to their specific needs and action plans to enhance their business relationships and implement in their day-to-day work endeavors.
